Dropping Names LCP Style

In the early 50's the list of who's who of drivers that took part in La Carrera Panamericana was not to be sneezed at and if there was one team that had a list that stood out more than others with out a doubt it was Lincoln. A very good site that has a lot of great information on the Lincolns that competed in La Carrera Panamericana check out our friends over at THE ROAD RACE LINCOLN REGISTER.

I'm very excited to post these never before seen slides.

In the mean time watch this very interesting video that highlights four Indianapolis drivers that drove for Lincoln in the eary LCP races. They are Troy Ruttman, Bill Vukovich, and Jack McGrath. Each of these drivers drove for my very dear friend Frank Ruppert.
